all payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after August 20th, 2025.
We understand that plans can change, and we will gladly process a
full refund for any cancellations made
on or before August 20th.
After this date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including illness, travel changes, or personal emergencies.
